Ad units are containers you place in your apps to show ads to users.
Ad units send ad requests to Appbroda, then display the ads they receive to fill the request.
When you create an ad unit, you assign it an ad format and ad type(s).
Ad format describes the way ads will appear in your app and where they'll be located.
Ad type describes the kinds of ads an ad unit can show to users.
To create an ad unit, Follow the following steps :
Go to Ad Units > Create ad unit button.
Select the app for which you want to create the ad unit, then select the ad unit format you want.
The ad unit name will automatically be generated.
Click Confirm.
Tip - You can edit the ad unit name. It may be helpful to include the location of the ad unit in its name. Example: 'Level up promo' or 'Level up promo in feed'.
You can review the status of your ads to ensure they’re serving as expected.To find an app’s status follow the steps:
Go to the ad units
The status column shows the status of individual ad units as
Active
Inactive
Archived
Adunit configuration is used to update the status of your ad unit . To configure ad unit , the steps are as follows :
Go to Ad units > Action column .
Select the ad unit which you have to configure .
Click configure ,ad unit configuration opens up .
Click on the Status drop down menu ,All status options will be available to choose from. .
Click Update .
Notes:
You can not change the status of the archived ad units, Please create new ad units to monetize your app.
You can not activate the ad units whose app status is not Active.
