The following flow is followed for app activation:
When you add an app, an agent from our QA team checks your app for policy issues that may impact your account as per Google and iOS guidelines.
If no issues are found then the app is automatically activated (Ticket Status - Resolved) but if an issue is found, the app appears in this section (Ticket Status - Action Needed)
Click the Action button to see detailed information on how to resolve it quickly.
You can contact our support team for any help.
If you app got Inactivated due to policy violation or any other reasons, Follow the following steps
Go to All apps.
Click on Action button > Activate this app
Check the dialog box to confirm that you’d like to activate this app.
Click Confirm
System will create the ticket and an agent from our QA team checks your app for policy issues that may impact your account as per Google and iOS guidelines.
