  1. Overview of Disapproved apps

  • When you add an app, an agent from our QA team checks your app for policy issues that may impact your account as per Google and iOS guidelines. 

  • If no issues are found then the app is automatically activated (Ticket Status - Resolved) but if an issue is found, the app appears in this section (Ticket Status - Action Needed)

  • Click the “Action” button to see detailed information on how to resolve it quickly. 

  • You can contact our support team for any help.

  1. Overview of Policy Violations

  • The policy violation tab identifies issues that can affect ad serving in an app that is already active.

  • Click the “Action” button to see detailed information on how to resolve it quickly. 

  • These policy violations are time-sensitive. Resolve the issue and request a review before the deadline date to prevent ad serving from being restricted or disabled.

  • You can contact our support team for any help.


  1. Understanding QA ticket status

  • Action Needed - You need to take an action as identified in the ticket.

  • In Review - Your app is being reviewed by our Policy and Compliance team.

  • Resolved - No active issues.


  1. How to request a review?

  • After you've made the required changes, you can request a review of your app.

  1. Go to Policy center > Disapproved Apps / Policy Violation.

  2. Navigate to Action column > Action button.

  3. Ticket details window will appear.

  4. Select ‘Mark As Resolved’ - if the issue has been resolved OR select ‘Issue Is Incorrect’ - if you feel the highlighted issue is incorrect.

  5. Click Update


  1. Apk Upload

  • We've also included a new feature that allows you to upload an "APK". Some of the instances that this can be used in.

  1. If you feel you are uncertain about the changes that need to be made and would like the team to review the app before pushing the build to the play store/ app store.

  2. If the team is unable to check an app in case it is only available in certain countries.

  3. A certain feature is behind a paywall on the live build and thus requires an APK to check the flow. 

  4. We will approve the app only once all the changes from the APK reflect on the live app from the playstore.


  • To upload the APK, Follow the following steps:

  1. Go to Policy center > Disapproved Apps / Policy Violation.

  2. Navigate to Action column > Action button.

  3. Ticket details window will appear.

  4. Click on Upload apk. Choose file pop up will be shown.

  5. Select the apk from the device and click submit.



  1. How to send remarks for wrong issues? When the publisher marks in a ticket ‘issue is incorrect’, system will auto-open templatized mail to continue conversation with qa@appbroda.com  on email to explain the issue in detail for faster resolution.
