  1. Overview of the Scheduled reports

  • Scheduled reports helps you create and schedule customised reports. Here are some of the features offered:

  1. Create reports to view performance of week, quarter, month, or specify a fixed date range.

  2. Filter delivery data with dimensions and metrics.

  3. Schedule reports in the multiple email IDs.


  1. Create a new report 

  • To Schedule new report, Follow the following steps

  1. Click Reports > Schedule reports

  2. Click Create Reports

  3. Enter a report name

  4. Select the appropriate time zone

  5. Select a date range.

  6. Add a filter to refine your report data and include only the items you require.

  7. Select dimensions to a group and organise the data in your report.

  8. Select metrics to determine the data that should be displayed in the report.

  9. Enter the email address, frequency and file format (csv / xlxs) 

  10. Click on the confirm

  • Note - You can not select more than 60 days range in the date range selector. 

  • You will receive reports daily between 3 to 6 AM




  1. Edit a report

  • To edit scheduled report, Follow the following steps

  1. Sign in to https://console.appbroda.com/   

  2. Click Reports > Schedule reports

  3. Click on edit report

  4. Change the required fields

  5. Click on the confirm

  6. Click on the run report to get the data



  1. Best practices and tips for reporting

  • Use shorter date ranges where applicable. 

  • Use filters to surface data quickly. For example, running your report for a single app or a group of apps at a time will make the report run faster, especially if the publisher has a large number of apps.

  • Any saved or scheduled report running for over an hour is automatically terminated. We recommend that you run multiple smaller reports to avoid this limitation. 

  • Create and schedule reports that are needed on a regular basis—this reduces set-up time and waiting for reports to render in the user interface. Reports with high row counts that include large numbers of dimensions and/or metrics may fail to email the report. If this occurs, reduce the complexity of the report by including fewer dimensions and/or metrics or shortening the date range. Then try exporting again.
